At this time, we specialize in long-term rental solutions to ensure stability for both our property owners and residents. While we understand the need for flexibility—especially for military families or those in transition—we currently do not offer short-term leases.
We're happy to discuss lease terms that align with our long-term rental model and do our best to accommodate your needs within that framework. -
How do I provide notice if I receive PCS orders before my lease ends?
At some point, your journey will take you elsewhere—and when that time comes, we want you to be fully prepared.
HPM tenants are required to provide a 30-day written notice prior to moving out. To make this process easy, we've provided a "Notice to Vacate" form with this information packet.
You can also access the form in the following ways:
• Download it from the HPM website under Tenant Resources (PDF format).
• Pick up a printed copy at the HPM office.
• Request an e-sign version that you can fill out easily using any smartphone or device.
