Owner Portal Guide

 

New online Owner Portal was released on December 31, 2018.

Videos below review the interface within each module. Problems experienced viewing in browser or accessing published documents, see instructions provided by Propertyware below the listed videos.

 

 

This additional information is only needed if you experience any access or viewing issues. You can access your portal on the top right menu “Login” of our web site homepage, just mouse over and select Owner.

To clear the Cookies, Cache, History and Footprints, you may select your Browser from the list below and follow the steps:

CHROME (Windows and Mac Computers) – PREFERRED BROWSER

  1. Open Chrome Browser.
  2. In the Upper Right Corner, click the Settings Icon to customize and Control Google Chrome.
  3. Click History.
  4. Click History again.
  5. Click Clear Browsing Data.
  6. Click Basic tab.
  7. Set Time Range to All Time.
  8. Checkoff the following:
    1. Browsing History
    2. Cookies and Other Site Data
    3. Cached Images and Files
  9. Click Clear Data.
  10. Once its done, please close all your Google Chrome browsers.
  11. Open again Chrome and login to Propertyware.

 

FIREFOX

  1. Open Firefox Browser.
  2. In the Upper Right Corner, click the Settings Icon.
  3. Click Options.
  4. Click Privacy & Security.
  5. Under History, click Clear History and set the following:
    • Time range to clear = Everything.
    • Under Details, checkoff on the following:
      1. Browsing & Download History
      2. Form & Search History
      3. Cookies
      4. Cache
    • Click Clear Now.

 

MICROSOFT EDGE (Windows 10)

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. In the Upper Right Corner, click the Settings Icon.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose What To Clear.
  5. Checkoff the following:
    1. Browsing History
    2. Cookies and saved Website Data
    3. Cached Data and Files
    4. Tabs I’ve set aside or recently closed
    5. Download History
  6. Click Clear.

 

INTERNET EXPLORER

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. In the Upper Right Corner, click the Settings Icon User-added image.
  3. Click Safety.
  4. Click Delete Browsing History.
  5. Checkoff the following:
    1. Preserve Favorites Website Data
    2. Temporary Internet Files and Website Files
    3. Cookies and Website Data
    4. History
    5. Download History
  6. Click Delete.

 

SAFARI 10.0.1+

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the Upper Left Hand Side.
  3. Click Preferences.
  4. Click Privacy Tab.
  5. Click Manage Website Data.
  6. Select Remove All.
  7. Click Remove Now.

 

SAFARI 8.0 – 10.0

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the Upper Left Hand Side.
  3. Click Preferences.
  4. Click Privacy Tab.
  5. Click Remove All Website Data.
  6. Click Remove Now.

 

NOTE: You may also use the Keyboard Shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + DEL for Windows PC.

CHROME FOR MOBILE (Android and iOS Devices)

  1. Tap on the Chrome Menu Icon User-added image.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Tap on Privacy.
  4. Tap on Clear Browsing Data.
  5. Checkoff Browsing History, Cookies and Sites Data, and Cached Images and Files.
  6. Tap on Clear Browsing Data.

 

SAFARI FOR MOBILE

  1. Go to iOS Device’s General Settings.
  2. Tap on Safari.
  3. Tap on Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Tap on Clear History and Data.
