Veteran owned when company opened doors and to this day we are still veteran owned and operated (now in 2nd generation.)

Homeowners Property Management, Inc. started out as rental department in 1976 at Homeowners LTD, a real estate sales company established in 1951. As the demand for rental properties grew and the availability of homes from the sales side of the business increased, it was determined a rental department would be needed to provide full property management services. The rental department became its own company, separate of the sales company, and has continued to grow reaching over 1000 homes actively managed in 2014.

The company was sold in 2012 and now specializes in several real estate management services: residential, associations, and commercial property management. With new generational ownership came many upgrades in technology and services. Within a month a new online management software system was implemented connecting the Owner, Tenant, and Management Team in one location for interaction in “real time.” Old file cabinet rooms are now offices and conference rooms. Both Owner and Tenant have personal online portals to access their accounts 24/7. Communication and activity alert emails keep everyone in constant contact and updated. Online applications, recurring ACH rent payments by Tenants, electronic signatures to expedite signing of leases, and even more technology is a daily norm. Additional staff were also added to the company to increase focus in key areas of leasing and overall property management.

With this new team structure and technology enhancements, Homeowners Property Management has developed a solid foundation to remain a prominent management company in the Fayetteville area for many years to come.
